• The BrightLogic software program offers flexible and efficient programming reducing installation and maintenance costs.
• BrightLogic standard pumps offer flow rates of up to 350ml making them ideal for wash loads of up to 75 lbs. You can choose to dispense between 2 and 10 chemicals with easy add-on pumps.
• Perfect for large industrial operations, the highflow pumps can dose up to 1000ml per minute and are available in 1 to 10 pump versions.
• Make life easy for your operators with a formula select unit that displays program names, so there is no need for messy charts. All BrightLogic units also feature an “auto formula select” option for a completely automated system.
• A wireless programming feature on the BrightLogic laundry system has been designed to make those “awkward to reach” units more accessible for programming. Using a wireless dongle you can control your units using a laptop.

Dishwasher Dosing Systems

Brightwell’s dishwasher dosing systems fit a huge variety of commercial dishwashers including single-tank washers, flight machines, conveyor dishwashers and glass washers.

Standard dosing system features include:

For dosing two products into single-tank and single-cycle dishwashers, including under-counter washers and small glass washers you would choose the BrightLogic D1.

For tunnel or conveyor dishwashers, BrightLogic D2 is available. Like the D1, the D2 can automatically dose two products however the D2 allows the products to be dispensed simultaneously. Brushless motors ensure the pumps have a very long life. The versatility of this dispenser means it can work in timed/signal mode, with conductive and inductive probes, or by using the cyclic mode. The D2 can also be ordered with high-flow pumps giving a flow rate of up to 1000ml per minute. This makes it ideal for crate washers in hygienic food-production environments.
