Do you need additional smart cards? Would you like to replenish your stock of resident card books or defective card return envelopes?

Please print the “SmartCity Requisition for Smart Cards and Supplies” form and fax it to 1-866-565-5315. You may also email the form to customerservice@coinamatic.com.

Please allow 5-7 business days for regular smart card shipments. Nominal shipping fees will apply.

If you require Rush Processing for delivery within 3-5 business days, a $15 charge for Express Post services will apply.

For orders required by next business day, a $25 shipping fee will be charged. Orders must be received by 1 p.m. in order to be processed and delivered via Overnight Courier by the next business day.
