SmartCity^® Smart Cards

SmartCity^® smart cards are provided to residents living in buildings equipped with SmartCity® smart card-operated laundry equipment.

Residents can conveniently load their smart cards with either $10 or $20 bills or a debit or credit card. The value loaded to the card is then used to activate laundry equipment in the common area laundry rooms or in some cases, pay for parking services. In some locations, the smart card also acts as an “door access card” to areas within the building.

Smart cards eliminate the need for residents to save change. They never have to worry about having the correct mix of coin to start the laundry equipment, and cash is eliminated from the laundry room reducing the risk of burglary and vandalism.

Residents feel safer and more secure knowing there is SmartCity in the building.
