With user friendly software and a Token Allotment Centre, we provide you the ability to load electronic tokens for free laundry directly onto your residents’ SmartCity smart cards. This technology is used to provide incentives to existing and prospective residents while continuing to allow for pay-for-use laundry.

Token Technology can be used to:

• Provide prospective residents with free laundry as an inducement to sign a lease.
• Provide limited free laundry privileges as a form of compensation to on-site managers and superintendents who live in the building.
• Reward residents who participate in Tenant Associations or volunteer their time for other building activities.
• Compensate tenants for inconveniences such as water or power shutdowns, ongoing building construction or noise.
• Provide free laundry tokens as an inducement for residents to pay their rent on time.
