Parking FAQ's

I used your Pay & Display device and paid for a parking voucher to put on my dash but the machine did not dispense it. What should I do?
Your parking machine did not give me a receipt to park. Will I get a parking ticket?
The message on your machine reads “purchase cancelled/invalid card”.
I received a ParkSmart ticket. How do I pay it?
I received a municipal parking ticket for parking in a ParkSmart lot. What shall I do?

Can you have someone come and move a vehicle that is parked in my space?

I used your Pay & Display device and paid for a parking voucher to put on my dash but the machine did not dispense it. What should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. We have a method to track and report on vehicles in a parking location by license plate number. Please call 1-800-561-1972 and explain the situation. They will ask you for your contact information and license plate number to provide to enforcement officers, so you can continue to park but avoid getting a ticket. Our Customer Care Representative will dispatch a service technician to repair the machine.

I received a ParkSmart ticket. How do I pay it?

My car was towed away. Where is it?

Please review the signage in the lot where you parked. It will indicate the name of the towing company and how to contact them.  

Can you have someone come and move a vehicle that is parked in my space?

There should be signs visible that indicate the towing company responsible for the lot. Please contact the towing company directly and they will assist you. 

I used someone else’s parking permit and received a ticket. What should I do?

We are unable to assist you as the Parking Permit is registered to a different license plate. Please refer to back of the ticket for payment instructions. 

The parking lot is in need of repair. Can you come and repair it?

We will have a ParkSmart representative assess the condition of the parking lot and notify the responsible parties of any required actions.
